Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduler Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating, and communicating with technicians and customers.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Reactive Service Calls, Quoted Works, Planned Maintenance, and Installation jobs.
  • Maximize technician productivity through proactive planning and scheduling.
  • Monitor technician progress and update our software system, managing revisits and reducing backlog.
  • Support customers with clear communication and timely updates.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with scheduling of a field-based workforce.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy, ideally with service software.
  • Excellent communication and customer etiquette.
