Leadership Opportunity in Mental Health

This is a key leadership role that offers the opportunity to shape the future of mental health and wellbeing services.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a personal understanding of mental illness and recovery, and who can draw on their skills and experience to lead a team of wellbeing navigators.

  • This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or equivalent, as well as 2+ years of relevant experience in a peer worker or leadership capacity.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of wellbeing navigators to support and represent individuals impacted by mental illness, psychological distress, and addiction. You will also provide service navigation and linking participants to relevant therapy services.

The position may also carry a small caseload of participants, as needed.
