Fund Accounting and Administration Leader

As a senior professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to review reports and deliverables for private equity clients. This includes managing multiple client relationships, maintaining goals and careers development plans for direct reports, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to all staff levels.

You will demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting, with a focus on the private equity/alternative segment, and manage client expectations through discussions with existing clients and prospects.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising a team of professionals to review reports and deliverables for private equity clients.
  • Maintaining goals and careers development plans for direct reports and meeting all requirements for performance planning.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to all staff levels.
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of accounting, with a focus on the private equity/alternative segment.

To succeed in this role, you will require 7+ years of accounting experience, including 2-3 years of supervisory and financial reporting experience, as well as specific experience in the private equity/fund of funds sector.

We value strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced MS Excel skills, is also essential.
