Lead Fund Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Fund Accounting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the firm's flagship product, leading a team and overseeing operations for the fund.
This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with senior members across the finance team, working with various external stakeholders and acting as the main point of contact for the fund.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation and delivery of all investor-related fund accounting outputs, including monthly unit pricing and quarterly NAV reports
- Coordination and management of the external fund administrator's activities related to the funds
- Management of the annual financial audit process
- Ensuring tax compliance for the funds
- Handling investor onboarding, including assessment of application and AML/KYC documentation
- Responding to investor queries and managing data request processes
- Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting-related operations and workflows
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience within Fund Accounting
- CA/CPA Qualified (or equivalent)
- Prior experience in leading small teams
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ambitious and motivated, with an initiative-led mindset
