Senior Treasury Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Treasury Specialist to drive our treasury function with expertise in cash flow management, forecasting, debt facility administration and investor payment processing.

  • Cash-flow Management: Oversee cash inflows and outflows, ensuring optimal liquidity and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Debt Facility Administration: Manage debt facilities, including refinancing, covenant reporting and compliance with banking covenants.
  • Investor Payments: Process timely payments to investors, maintaining excellent relationships and seamless communication.
  • Treasury Processes and Controls: Develop and maintain effective treasury processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and transparency in financial transactions.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular financial reports to senior management, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a corporate or property-fund treasury role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing treasury systems.
