Treasury/Senior Treasury Analyst - A Key Finance Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organization and contribute to its financial strategy and operational excellence.

As a Treasurer, you will play a crucial role in managing funding operations and supporting structured finance activities. You will work closely with the Head of Funding to ensure compliance with warehouse facility covenants and agreements.

The successful candidate will have experience in Treasury or Securitisation, as well as advanced Excel skills and exposure to data analytics tools or languages.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Head of Funding in managing funding relationships and structured finance activities.
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with warehouse facility covenants and agreements.
  • Assisting with sales, drawdowns, reallocations, and monthly processes to meet reporting obligations.
  • Preparing ALCO, investor, and board reporting packs.
  • Helping manage interest rate risk and providing scenario analysis.
  • Building and maintaining financial models and performing data-driven analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Driving automation and process improvements across the Treasury function.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in Treasury, Securitisation, or Structured Finance (ABS/RMBS preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas; VBA a plus).
  • Exposure to data analytics tools or languages (e.g. SQL, Python) is highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
