Your Role
- Leverage data and market trends to create compelling content across all channels, with a focus on digital platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Lead the creative process from concept to delivery, ensuring assets are engaging and aligned with channel best practices.
- Drive A/B testing and creative iteration to ensure a continuous learning approach.
- Regularly monitor ad performance and provide actionable insights to guide future creative decisions.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors to produce high-quality work that grows the brand.
About You
We're looking for someone with 5-7 years of experience in copywriting or similar roles, preferably with in-house experience. You should be passionate about creative trends and new platforms, combining ideas with data to deliver effective marketing.
You'll need to be proactive and driven to continuously optimise and improve creative work. A proven track record in performance creative, producing successful ads and UGC, is essential. Strong direct-response copywriting skills and video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, Capcut) are also highly valued.
