As a Manager of Operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient and effective primary health care services to clients.
About The RoleThis position is responsible for overseeing the performance and profitability of clinic operations, leading strategies, and ensuring effective care coordination and case management approaches.
- Manage Clinic performance and lead strategies to provide comprehensive, holistic, and culturally appropriate primary health care services to clients.
- Monitor and manage vaccines in accordance with cold chain management policy and procedures.
- Ensure effective care coordination and case management approaches with clients for health and wellbeing services.
- Responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and profitability of the clinic to deliver on operational and strategic goals and objectives.
To perform this role, it is essential that you have previous experience within an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled Health Service. You should also have a qualification in Business, Management, Health, Nursing, and/or Allied Health, as well as demonstrated high-level communication skills and confidence in interpersonal communication.
