Our model of care provides holistic health and wellbeing services to support our Community across their lifespan. We bring together primary care, allied health, dental, mental health and wellbeing, maternity and early childhood, disability services, specialist services, and aged care as one team focussed on clients' individual needs and goals.

About the role
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Transport Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate the delivery of essential client transport services across the region. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role where your operational skills directly impact the wellbeing of local communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate regional transport services for clients accessing medical care, wellness programs, and aged care services
- Lead the development and implementation of systems, policies, and procedures to improve transport operations
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to meet community demand and ensure client safety and satisfaction
- Monitor and report on service delivery performance, budgets, and operational KPIs
- Support and mentor a small team of transport staff and drivers
- Drive continuous improvement aligned with IUIH's person-centred model of care
- Proven experience in transport logistics, fleet coordination or operations
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and flexible approach
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Competency in scheduling tools, logistics software, and Microsoft Office
- Passion for community health and a commitment to culturally safe service delivery
- Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD)
- Current Criminal History Check
- Current Blue Card
- Current Disability Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Current CPR Certificate
