Payroll Lead Specialist

Role Overview

We seek an experienced Payroll Lead to oversee our payroll operations. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of EBA environments and prior experience in standalone payroll roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the payroll process, including high levels of EBA interpretation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborating with service providers in partially outsourced models, assisting with various implementations and supporting project teams.
  • Providing reporting and communication to stakeholders while ensuring compliance and governance for the payroll department.
Requirements
  • Desirable previous experience using ADP.
  • True end-to-end experience including Workcover, redundancies, payroll tax, and superannuation.
  • Good EBA interpretation skills and proven experience working in EBA driven environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and high levels of risk management.
