About the Job:You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Australia & New Zealand payroll processing, managing a small skilled team, ensuring compliance, driving process improvements, and upskilling your team to meet the evolving demands of the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth payroll processing.
Duties:- Oversee the end-to-end processing of payroll for Australia & New Zealand.
- Manage a small payroll team, providing guidance and development opportunities.
- Focus on compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
- Identify and drive process improvements to streamline payroll operations.
- Collaborate closely with HR and other departments.
- SAP experience is essential.
- Proven experience in processing ANZ payrolls.
- Previous leadership experience managing a small team.
- In-depth understanding of AU and NZ payroll regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
