A Staff Specialist is being sought for a 0.5 FTE role in the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Nepean Hospital.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in gastroenterology with advanced endoscopy skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to education and mentorship of junior medical staff.

They will be required to contribute to quality improvement initiatives, participate in research concepts as required, and engage in Continuing Professional Development practices relevant to the role.

The successful applicant will possess Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians or equivalent, and be eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
