Job Title: Quality Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and part-time quality professional to assist in the process of continuous improvement in line with the intent of aged care standards.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the aged care sector, focusing on quality, compliance, and clinical governance. They will be able to demonstrate their expertise in accreditation processes, auditing, and quality assurance protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives aligned with aged care standards
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Coordinate education and training programs for clinical staff

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration (RN) desirable
  • At least 3 years aged care experience, preferably in a quality role
  • Demonstrated quality, compliance & clinical governance understanding
  • Sound knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process
  • Excellent understanding of quality assurance & auditing processes
