
Lead Expert in Evidence-Based Psychological Care

This is a leadership opportunity to lead the delivery of cutting-edge, evidence-based psychological care across Drug & Alcohol Clinics within Lifespan Clinics.
The successful applicant will have key responsibilities including:
- Developing and implementing clinical models to provide specialized interventions in Neurodiversity and ADHD programs.
- Managing a complex caseload and conducting service evaluations to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Mentoring fellow clinicians and supporting integrated care for vulnerable populations.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Current registration with the Psychology Board of Australia and practice endorsement in Clinical Psychology, Forensic or Clinical Neuropsychology.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in psychological assessment, case formulation, and intervention for adults and adolescents with severe mental illness, drug and alcohol concerns, and/or neurodivergent disorders.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, advocacy, interpersonal skills, consultation-liaison skills, and writing clinical and operational documentation.
