We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our advertising partnerships and affiliate network.

About the Role

This position is responsible for developing strategies to scale global partnerships, including technology and operational models to deliver content at scale. The ideal candidate has agency or network experience and can bring thought leadership on day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans to unlock the power of the network and aggregator partnerships globally.
  • Analyze current and future technology used by networks, aggregators, and Mastercard to inform strategy.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and communicate complex business needs effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and maintain a high level of analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Requirements
  • Expertise in card-linked offers and affiliate marketing programs.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and translate between technology and business perspectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to act with persistence and urgency on tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
