Director of Advertising Partnerships

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our commercial activities for advertising-focused data, audience, and measurement products in Australia and New Zealand.
This role requires a specialist who can translate insights into strong commercial opportunities across the advertising ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver and exceed revenue targets for data, audience, and measurement products.
- Negotiate multi-year commercial terms including minimum guarantees, volume rebates, and hybrid CPM/CPA models.
- Map and prioritise ANZ opportunities across agency holding groups, independents, in-house trading teams, publishers, media networks, DSPs, and measurement vendors.
Key Requirements:
- 8-12 years' quota-carrying experience in media sales, audience/data monetisation, programmatic trading, or ad-tech partnerships.
- Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar deals with agencies, DSPs/SSPs, DMPs/CDPs, or large publishers.
- Deep operational knowledge of programmatic ecosystems: data onboarding, ID resolution, clean rooms, SPO/PMP, curation, attribution, and privacy.
Favorable Qualifications:
- Experience commercialising deterministic datasets (payments, retail, telco, loyalty) or working within retail media.
- Exposure to APAC markets beyond Australia (New Zealand, SEA, Japan, India, etc.).
