**Job Description**:
As Advertising & Partnerships Manager you will be part of Pedestrian Group's Commercial Department. You will be responsible for driving revenue from agencies and/or key clients across all Pedestrian Group products and titles. You'll also have a good time working with a team of legends who are supportive and work daily to create a hungry, fearless and really fun place to work.

The role calls for a multidisciplinary approach, someone who can collaborate effectively with internal departments and build best in market relationships with agency partners and clients. It is a creative sales role which will see you work through all stages of the sales cycle from brief extraction, ideation - through to negotiation, closing and seeing our award winning ideas come to life.

We're looking for a self-starter who's not afraid of hunting for new business and building relationships from scratch yet having the ability to nurture and grow existing clients.

**Your primary duties will be to**:

- Achieve quarterly targets. (And make sweet commission doing so)
- 8 meetings with clients per week to uncover new opportunities and/or drive commercial output.
- Track and manage your own pipeline and account activities in ADvendio (our CRM) with 100% accuracy.
- Source, close, and grow new and existing business across all properties to regularly meet and exceed sales budgets.
- Build an intimate understanding of the Pedestrian Group offerings/products and their place in the industry.
- Preexisting relationships and the ability to build relationships with clients of all levels. (Clients gotta like you.)
- Create market leading pitches across all Pedestrian platforms (Native, Video, Podcast, Events, Activations etc.) With this, you need to understand client objectives and translate these into campaigns which deliver results.
- Build comprehensive client proposals - including copywriting, insights and ultimately storytelling. (We have a full team to help you with this)
- Must enjoy daily memes and lols. This is very important.

- Outgoing and adept at creating professional relationships. Advertisers' contacts at both junior and senior level.
- Strong understanding of fundamentals of online advertising processes and technology.
- Active in industry trade and networking events.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to QA own work.
- 'Hunter mentality', tenacity, and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team orientated and dynamic environment.
- Be on the pulse of trending pop culture news.
