Postdoctoral Researcher in Bioinformatics and Systems Immunology

We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team in the Viral Immunology Systems Program. This position will focus on developing and applying bioinformatics and machine learning approaches for analyzing single cell transcriptomics data, flow cytometry data, and next generation sequencing data of viral genomes.

In collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, you will perform comprehensive bioinformatics and systems biology analyses in single cell genomics and other data sets. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding immune responses against viral infections, such as HCV, influenza, and other human pathogens.
