Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Bioinformatics Lead to join our team at the University of Adelaide. As a key member of our bioinformatics services team, you will be responsible for leading and managing bioinformatics projects and activities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in bioinformatics and experience in high-performance computing environments. They will also have fluency in programming languages such as R, Python, and Perl, as well as evidence of high-quality publications that include bioinformatics analyses.

The ideal candidate will be able to build effective relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate leadership skills to improve performance, establish a harmonious working environment, and maintain an outcome-based focus.

This is a fixed-term position available for 33 months. The salary range is competitive, plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation.
