
Lead Customer Experience Manager

Work as a point-of-sale leader and drive team performance to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a leadership role operating on Thursdays to Saturdays with varying hours.
You will guide your team to provide fast and efficient shopping experiences, ensuring JD Sports customers form a lasting positive connection to our brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading by example and providing superior customer service every time
- Processing sales including refunds and exchanges as the lead POS operator
- Serving as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone
- Ensuring adherence to all transactions and cash handling procedures
- Supporting the management team by training & coaching POS team members on processes and customer service delivery
- Collaborating with the store management team to achieve sales targets
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within retail or a similar industry
- A passion for delivering outstanding service experiences for our customers
- Cash-handling and tender management skills are preferred
- The ability to make decisions and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A proven track record of driving and exceeding set KPIs
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective and professional communication
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of daily priorities
