An exciting opportunity exists to lead a high-performing team and drive customer engagement. The role requires delivering an elevated customer experience through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive a customer-focused culture to create a memorable experience with every interaction.
- Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration.
- Work with State Leadership to build an effective store.
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing a large flagship store or multiple sites, with a strong eye for styling and detail. They will also be able to analyze and organize stock to maximize sales on the shop floor.
