Job Overview

We are seeking an Energy Storage Specialist to join our team, providing innovative and reliable energy storage solutions to customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Install, commission, and maintain energy storage systems on-site, adhering to industry standards.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to customers on storage system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Collect customer feedback on product quality, performance, and new needs to inform product improvement and quality control.
  • Develop and update technical documentation, including service reports and equipment materials.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through regular contact, visits, and support for their energy storage needs.
Key Requirements
  • Recent graduates in Electrical or Renewable Energy fields, with a focus on PV/ESS experience.
  • Proficiency in electrical equipment installation, commissioning, and repair, with circuit analysis and fault diagnosis skills.
  • Familiarity with Australian and international codes, such as AS/NZS 3000:2018 and IEC 62619.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Preference for holding a driver's license.
