Energy Storage Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Energy Storage Systems Specialist. This role involves installing and commissioning energy storage systems on-site, ensuring timely completion and adherence to industry standards.

  • On-Site Technical Support: Install and commission energy storage systems, following industry guidelines to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Customer Training and Guidance: Provide comprehensive training to customers on energy storage system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques to optimize performance.
  • Product Quality Feedback: Gather customer feedback on product quality, performance, and new needs to inform product development and improvement strategies.
  • Technical Documentation Management: Maintain accurate service records, organize equipment materials, and update documentation as products evolve.
  • Customer Relationship Maintenance: Foster strong relationships with customers, visiting sites to understand their needs, address inquiries and complaints, and protect the company's image.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Recent graduates in Electrical or Renewable Industry with experience in PV/ESS highly valued.
  • Skilled in electrical equipment installation, commissioning, and repair, with ability to analyze circuits and diagnose faults.
  • Familiarity with Australian and international codes (AS/NZS 3000:2018, AS/NZS 4777.1&2:2024, IEC 62619, etc.) essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • A valid driver's license preferred.
