Job Title:

Energy Storage System Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Energy Storage System Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical execution of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects, power systems and substations.

The ideal candidate will have advanced experience in Energy Storage System technologies, particularly for renewables projects. They will also possess extensive knowledge of battery energy storage systems, including connections and development, engineering, procurement construction, and operation of ESS, PV and wind systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and applying advanced engineering techniques to complex problems
  • Providing technical guidance and supervising engineering staff on projects
  • Interface directly with clients on all technical aspects of projects
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Construction/Civil Engineering or related degree
  • Advanced experience with Energy Storage System technologies, particularly for renewables projects
  • Extensive knowledge of battery energy storage systems, including connections
  • Development, engineering, procurement construction, and operation of ESS, PV and wind systems
