Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Voice of Customer program to drive customer excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the development of customer journey maps to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership on customer experience trends and opportunities.
About You
  • Proven experience in customer experience, voice of customer, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer-centric business strategies.
