About Goodstart Caulfield: Our centre is situated close to shops and public transport, with a nature-based play area featuring sensory gardens and sandpits. We cater to children from six weeks to kindergarten age.
We are seeking an experienced early learning professional to join our leadership team as an Assistant Director. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence

The estimated salary for this role is between $35.93-$37.10 Per hour + Super based on the location and industry standards. If you have previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position, we encourage you to submit your application.
