We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Director to join our team at Goodstart Caulfield.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including:
- $35.93-$37.10 Per hour + Super

Job DescriptionThe Assistant Director will play a key leadership role in supporting the Centre Director to provide high-quality early learning and care to children aged six weeks to kindergarten.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Centre Director in the leadership of the team
- Mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team
- Managing the centre in the Centre Director's absence
- Implementing the Goodstart Practice Guide
The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent, and significant experience in a centre leadership position.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
