Job Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Engagement Specialist.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in community, employment or careers services, with a strong track record of building relationships and providing guidance and support to individuals. You will be a natural networker who is looking to work in a collaborative environment where you can make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including Employment Consultants and Business Managers
  • Provide guidance and support around work experience, industry qualifications, training, and other upskilling activities
  • Locate and develop activities, education and training options by building relationships with employers, external training centres & community bodies
  • Work closely with the national Activity & Engagement team to provide support and guidance on local skill building activities

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check
