Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager.

The successful candidate will support the management of a major retail portfolio, assisting with key responsibilities including lease compliance, rent reviews, and contractor management.

Additionally, the role will involve coordinating maintenance, liaising with tenants, and preparing reports and budgets.

  • Previous experience in commercial property management is essential
  • Strong knowledge of property management processes and procedures is required
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary

  • A current registration with the relevant authorities is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with lease compliance, renewals, and rent reviews
  2. Coordinate maintenance and contractor management
  3. Liaise with tenants and respond to enquiries
  4. Prepare reports and budgets
  5. Manage arrears and invoicing
  6. Support Senior Property Managers on portfolio strategy
