Job Description

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team based in Australia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Australian regional recruitment team, focusing on due diligence and compliance with recruitment policies and processes.

This is a full-time position that offers flexibility and rewarding opportunities for growth and development. You will be accountable for coordinating internal and external recruitment of hourly and salaried positions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless hiring processes.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Tracking candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting psychometric testing and pre-employment medicals within our Workday recruiting system.
  • Preparing and providing new starter information, and coordinating initial inductions.
  • Arranging site visits, including flights, accommodation, car hire, and relocations.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of candidate details and progress.
  • Managing formal correspondence to applicants, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Responding to recruiting queries from the Corporate webpage, and recording data for reporting purposes.
  • Raising purchase orders and reconciling expenses through CONCUR.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders, attention to detail, and effective time management. Experience in administrative HR or recruitment is preferred but not essential.

This role is suitable for current students or recent graduates in HR or business-related degrees who possess proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
