Key Responsibilities

This role requires a skilled finance professional to monitor and control project costs, expenditure, and commitments.

  • Ensure accurate financial data by monitoring project expenses and commitments.
  • Perform variance analysis and identify trends, risks, or issues that may impact the project's financial performance.
  • Prepare and support monthly financial reports, dashboards, and forecasts to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Drive month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide clear and actionable cost breakdowns and insights to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with site-based maintenance teams to explain financial data in practical terms.
  • Develop and maintain reports using tools like Power BI for cost transparency.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly planning cycles to ensure business continuity.
  • Liaise with AP, Procurement, and Delivery teams to resolve financial queries and ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in project governance and financial performance by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
