We are seeking an experienced Business Partner to join our team and provide high-quality advice and support to our business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is experienced in a similar role or looking to transition into a Business Partnering position.
- Provide guidance and support to enhance people and leadership capability.
- Offer coaching and advice on all people matters, including policy, legislation, and people-related issues.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, ensuring the right people are in the right jobs.
- Develop and implement new initiatives, formulating process where required.
This role involves regular travel.
