Operational Risk Senior Professional

We are seeking a skilled risk management specialist to support our business risk team. As part of this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen controls.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assurance activities, investigate incidents thoroughly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and resilience.
  • Closely collaborate with audit and assurance teams to review control effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Facilitate engaging risk workshops and training sessions, providing valuable insights and strategies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in operational risk, assurance, regulatory engagement, or regulatory reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to grasp complex concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and collaborate across various seniority levels.
