Senior Risk Management Specialist

A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to join our team as a Senior Risk Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks across various business areas, ensuring that our organization operates within established risk appetite.
In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to foster a proactive risk culture, provide strategic advice, and enable the business to operate confidently. You will be responsible for detecting and responding to changes in the internal and external risk landscape, managing risks and compliance obligations, and preparing reports for accountable owners and governing forums.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services and/or data and technology, proven expertise in risk management, and sound understanding of risk and compliance management policies and frameworks. You will also possess good problem-solving skills, including the ability to use data-driven insights to solve problems, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
