Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Financial Management Group, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing tools, training, and guidance for teams to proactively manage risks in material change.

Your primary responsibilities will include assessing the risk inherent in transformation projects, engendering a culture of proactive risk identification, providing advice on risk management, validating control design, implementation, and operation, and achieving successful risk management outcomes on complex agendas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience within Financial Services, Consulting/Professional services within Risk Management, Assurance or Change Management disciplines
  • Tertiary and/or Professional qualifications in any of the following - Finance, Economics, Law, Project Management or Technology
  • Outstanding capacity to deliver high quality results to deadline, with good attention to detail
  • Active listening and communicating skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
