Front Desk Representative

Sydney is home to our Sydney office, and we're seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Representative to join our team. As the face of our office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional arrival experiences for employees and visitors. Your passion for getting things done and building effective spaces will make you an asset to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create an exceptional arrival experience for employees and visitors by ensuring our office is maintained in an orderly and pristine manner.
  • Support the broader Workplace Experience team in coordinating operational needs of the Sydney office, including building management and deliveries.
  • Order and stock all consumables in the building, such as beverages, snacks, stationery, and toiletries.
  • Bring to life and execute on the new starter experience, including preparing swag packs and other moments injected into the ramp-up period.
Requirements
  • Sharp attention to detail and a real self-starter with a passion for getting things done.
  • A team player with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
  • A love for delivering outstanding office experiences.
  • Customer and people-obsession, with the ability to think two steps ahead and anticipate the needs of your customers.
  • Enthusiasm and proactivity in your DNA, along with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
