
Tender Administrator

This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of tenders and contracts.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end tender processes, including documentation, evaluation, and submissions
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to gather input for tender responses
- Draft, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements
- Maintain a centralised contract register and oversee renewals and compliance
- Monitor contract performance and address risks or issues
- Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related queries across the business
- Drive continuous improvement in tendering and contract management processes
The successful candidate will have 3–5 years' experience in contracts and tender coordination, ideally within mining, construction, or heavy industry. A strong understanding of contract administration and procurement practices is essential. Additionally, excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills are required, along with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems is also necessary. Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with AS/NZS contract standards are desirable but not essential.
