Our company is seeking a skilled Tenders and Contracts Manager to oversee the development and implementation of effective tendering strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain processes for tender proposal management, negotiation, and contract administration.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members on contract management best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with tender and contract terms.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions on behalf of the company.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a contracts/commerce/law field.
  • Minimum 5 years corporate experience in contract management/administration or paralegal role.
  • Line management experience.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft packages.
