The role involves cleaning facilities on various mine sites, including administration buildings, offices, crib rooms, amenities, and bathhouses. Shifts are varied and available Monday-Sunday AM and PM. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow policies and procedures.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience in cleaning or labouring is preferred but not essential, as full training is provided
  • Able to meet the physical demands of a labour-intensive role
  • Current drivers' licence and own transport required
  • Exceptional work ethic and can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Respectful, polite, and represent our company values

Additional requirements include passing a full medical check-up, including drug and alcohol testing. We have a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol and ongoing testing during employment.
