Key Leadership Role - Team Supervision and Resource Management.
This is a key leadership role responsible for the supervision of Council's Concrete Works Team and the management of resources for undertaking infrastructure construction and maintenance works.
Delivering designated works and projects in accordance with specifications provided by Infrastructure Services service units involves managing technical, environmental, quality and staff performance on site. Collaboration with other supervisors is also necessary in the delivery of major capital and maintenance projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Concrete Works Team
- Manage resources for infrastructure construction and maintenance works
- Deliver designated works and projects according to specifications
- Collaborate with other supervisors in major capital and maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental and technical standards
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage resources and deliver projects on time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of infrastructure construction and maintenance practices
- Understanding of quality, environmental and technical standards
