Compassionate Care Advocate

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to support our overnight shifts in a General Psychology Unit. As a member of our team, you will work closely with the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring it meets the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional patient care and support.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will require:A current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.A minimum of two (2) years' post-graduate experience.Recent experience in a mental health nursing setting.Post-graduate qualifications in mental health highly regarded.Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required.
