Railway Infrastructure Maintenance Engineer Specialist

**Job Summary:**
Aurizon is seeking a highly skilled Railway Infrastructure Maintenance Engineer Specialist to join its Infrastructure Management team. As an expert in asset management, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance and renewal of railway infrastructure across Aurizon's rail networks in South Australia and Northern Territory.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Under guidance, plan and organize technical aspects of civil projects, including design and preparation of user requirement specifications, material and component specifications, safety in design requirements for new and altered works.
- Conduct audits and checking of civil systems submitted by external providers.
- Prepare documentation, user requirements, system requirements, installation procedures, verification and validation, testing and commissioning, asset handover, type approval, maintenance procedures for (qualification) systems.
- Ensure civil designs conform to business and industry best practice.
- Identify requirements for new processes and standards, and contribute to the production and implementation of new standards, specifications and work practices.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- 3-5+ years' technical experience (Preferred)
**Salary and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
