The role offers a great work-life balance, with Monday-Friday daytime hours and an evenly shared on-call roster among the team.

You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills across different engineering disciplines in a collaborative environment where engineers work across various disciplines and operate in a team-first mentality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing preventative maintenance using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Engaging specialist vendors to complete preventative maintenance and managing them while on-site.
  • Producing Method of Procedures (MOPs) for critical preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Raising Change Requests (CR) to notify customers of critical maintenance, including risk assessments and clear communication.
  • Responding to Building Management System (BMS) alarms and other breakdowns.
  • Troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis (RCA) of breakdowns.
  • Performing site rounds and routine inspections.
  • Driving and implementing projects to increase facility capacity, efficiency, sustainability, and reliability.
  • Support customer satisfaction through timely and precise order execution.

  • A competitive salary package of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
