We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Administrative Services Coordinator.
About the Position- This is an opportunity for someone who can provide exceptional administrative support, handle customer inquiries, and ensure effective day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate workshop activities including answering incoming phone calls and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide high-level clerical, coordination, and administrative services to support workshops, learning material development, and customer service delivery.
- Assist with social media management, website updates, and course content creation ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Experience in providing high-level clerical and coordination services preferably in a business or administration setting.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as interpersonal skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/Administration or related field would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications and Google Platform.
- A self-driven individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
