Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation, renewal, negotiation, and resolution of lease-related issues
  • Conducting inspections and managing tenants, including responding to and resolving repairs, maintenance, and other tenant-related matters
  • Managing rental income, outgoings, and costs, and coordinating renovations and make-goods
  • Utilizing commercial CRM software RPOffice to streamline processes and improve efficiency
