- Conduct regular high-level meetings and reviews with brokers to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, working to expand the broker network.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide strategic insights and inform decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brokers receive the necessary support and resources to achieve their objectives.
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with brokers, maintaining a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on broker performance and partnership activities to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a relationship management role within the finance industry, with at least 5 years in a senior capacity.
- Extensive experience working with finance aggregators and managing major broker relationships.
- Deep understanding of the finance and mortgage industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and leading a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
