Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and management of strategic partnerships with key brokers, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate closely with brokers to understand their business objectives and develop strategies to support their growth and success.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on broker performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct regular high-level meetings and reviews with brokers to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, working to expand the broker network.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide strategic insights and inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brokers receive the necessary support and resources to achieve their objectives.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with brokers, maintaining a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on broker performance and partnership activities to senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a relationship management role within the finance industry, with at least 5 years in a senior capacity.
  • Extensive experience working with finance aggregators and managing major broker relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the finance and mortgage industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and leading a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
