About the Role- Greet all patients with a warm smile and provide excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and unit managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Prepare patient files, appointment lists and coordinate with other front desk assistants
- Manage medical records and maintain accurate filing systems
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team
- Prior experience in a healthcare environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work under pressure
