We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Strategist to lead our research efforts and drive innovation in artificial intelligence.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting strategic direction, coaching and mentoring a team of researchers, and ensuring the translation of research into meaningful product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to a team of researchers to help them deliver impactful scientific contributions.
- Setting Research Strategy: Develop and implement a research strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Guiding Technical Direction: Lead technical direction across foundational model development, experimentation, and evaluation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Research Expertise: Strong expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of researchers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
