We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Media Strategist to lead our digital media function and drive performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping future-focused media strategies and leading a team across paid channels and data-led insights.
The RoleYou'll oversee campaign execution across paid digital media channels, building frameworks and dashboards that drive real-time insights and optimisation. Your expertise in digital marketing will enable you to deliver strategic media insights that connect performance with business outcomes.
As a strategic partner to clients, you will collaborate with media planning, strategy, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Your ability to translate complex data into clear client narratives and recommendations will be invaluable in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of digital media specialists
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media plans
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive innovation and automation across digital media channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media trends and technologies
- Proven leadership experience in digital media (agency or in-house)
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, DV360, and GA4
- Strong understanding of media planning and integrated campaign delivery
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Confident advising on AI, automation, and digital media trends
