This is a senior marketing position within our organization. The Marketing Account Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless project execution and strong engagement between clients and the marketing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing communications, leading onboarding processes, and driving adoption of our marketing solutions. They will collect project details, provide regular updates, and resolve issues using tools like Salesforce and ClickUp.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as negotiation and presentation skills to gain consensus. You should also be proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to various locations to equip staff with necessary marketing tools and knowledge.
  • Gather project details from clients to assist project teams and manage flow of information.
  • Use Salesforce and ClickUp to manage projects and assignments.
  • Foster positive partnerships with clients by providing regular updates and resolving client issues.
  • Lead onboarding orientation calls for new employees.
  • Follow established onboarding journeys to accelerate employee engagement.
  • Encourage new hires to engage with our marketing solutions to support revenue growth and profitability.
  • Stay up to date with marketing offerings and present new products to employees.
  • Assist clients in expressing their needs to project teams to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Sell marketing services to clients.
  • Conduct marketing trainings at various locations to drive awareness and increase adoption of our marketing offerings.
Qualifications And Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in leading marketing initiatives.
  • Experience as an Account Manager, preferably with an agency.
  • Experience in annual marketing planning for sales organizations.
  • Cross-Functional marketing background with knowledge base across core digital and OOH marketing channels.
  • Knowledge of integrated marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management and problem resolution skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite.
